Harold E. Crane (1895-1993) composed
his poetry through decades alone I
n his bedroom with his manual  typewriter,
never sharing his work with his family.  In
his own private hobby he pieced together
his verse with pictures from periodicals that
apparently inspired his creativity until he had
a small suitcase full of his secret compositions.
The covert publications he had painstakingly
edited together, never to be discovered or
appreciated until the carefully guarded suitcase
was bequeathed to his granddaughter, who
has published the best of theses treasures on
these pages.
Welcome to the website of inspirational

"The Lord is my strength and my shield;
my heart trusted in him, and I am helped:
therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and
with my song will I praise him."
--Psalm 28:7
